Dictionary Builder Revamp #17

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The dictionary builder is a very rough experience, definitely not mature yet. When I use it, I'm expecting a very immersive experience like Jayson or something similar to what the Shortcuts app has, not a series of alerts. I'd say more here, but I'm already at 20 items and this would be a more major overhaul than all the other things I've mentioned thus far.

I finished up a new element adding screen and fixed up the layout of the dictionaries. Screenshot

If anyone thinks there needs to be more revamp I will reopen this issue.
