The alert that's currently used on the iPad for the "+" button is often far from the place where my finger is when I tap the + button.
Use an action sheet like Shortcuts used to use on iOS 13 and below for displaying menus on iPad.
This is not an issue on iPhone; the optimal menu style is already used there.
