Documentation Seperation #5

Originally from FifiTheBulldog Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The items at the top of the docs should be separated from the rest of the actions by a little space to make it clear where the meta items stop and the normal actions begin. Also, there should be a little space between the top item of the docs and the navigation bar.

I fixed this by separating the documentation into two sections. Their is now a section for “META” and “SHORTCUTS”. When you search it searches both sections individually.
