When I see the blue arrow.forward.circle symbol, my initial reaction is that tapping the item will perform some action that I don't know about, rather than just opening a page of instructions. The use of such a prominent symbol actually detracts from the purpose, which is for the user to explore the instructions comfortably.

Use the same disclosure indicators on the main page of the Learning Center that are used throughout the rest of the app.
