Suggestions for Learning Center page headers #58

Describe the solution you'd like

Two things:

  1. Make the headers of each of the sub-pages collapsible like the header of the main page.
  2. Reduce the space between the bottom of the header and the top of the area containing the text for the page to something more standard.
