The text in the Notes section is almost too small to read, and expanding that view doesn't help with the font size at all.

Make the font of the Notes section on documentation bigger.

I may have suggested this once before, but what about putting the notes in the same layer as the "Notes" subheading and the others subheadings on the page? That would be less visually confusing, as it would reserve selectable insets for code blocks only. Using the system default UI body text size would avoid issues with things being too small. This could even go for code blocks too.
