Why I believe Settings needs to be reorganized:
There are many items in the Settings section that are not actually settings.
The nesting goes a bit too deep; there should be no more than one or two levels of nesting in total, otherwise tapping through the levels becomes cumbersome. Combining several things into one page would make navigation much easier.
There are a lot of redundant links.
