Whenever you import a shortcut into Jellycuts. If a Jellycut already has the same name, it will prompt if you want to replace the Jellycut or Do Nothing.

Instead of just replacing the Jellycuts or doing nothing, you make it rename that project as < Shortcuts Name > < Number > like how Apple does with shortcuts with the same name.
