Navbar opens collapsed #9

In some of the scroll views, it opens them automatically with the page scrolled down just enough that the nav bar is in its condensed form. Is it possible to have it open to the topmost position?

Open all Table Views and Scroll Views at the top most position.

There doesn’t seem to be a fix to this that I can find. It may be an iOS issue or intended iOS thing. I will continue looking.
