Advanced Notice & Checking Availability #4

Currently we can give donors notice when a driver starts a task that the driver is on the way.

However, many donors would like further notice. The "Predicted ETA is..." communications trigger allows various increments up to 8hours notice. However, this will probably require driver and pickup scheduling. Some drivers do not have a set schedule "I will do some errands in town, and whenever I'm done I'll do driving".

This is a high priority because it's eating up a lot of manpower to call to confirm.

After the driver test today, we may want to look into plugging into a more robust texting and/or robocalling system so we can get confirmation automatically well ahead of time. I don't think OnFleet allows for things like "Text YES to say you're available."

If we do implement something we should probably try a text first, robocall after approach because many people get annoyed/ignore robocalls.
