Rename file to filename already in use = lost file #143

Let's assume we have two files in File Manager: ABC.jpg and XYZ.jpg

Click on ABC.jpg, click the Rename button, and enter "XYZ". The file is now renamed, and the original XYZ.jpg file is lost.

Fixed in SMCMS 5.0
