Ganyu Charge attack non bloom damage seems off #103

Hello,

The calculated frostflake arrow non bloom damage of Ganyu seems really off according to the calculator's calculation, as you can see in the attached image.

Ganyu calc

CA1, the non bloom, only has a slightly smaller multiplier than CA2, the bloom damage, but the damage dealt is 10 time lower. Given that CA1 and CA2 share the same buffs as they both are considered as charged attacks, these numbers really seem off.
