The regeneration on Kokomi's E doesn't seem to scale with Healing Bonus or Incoming Healing #120

Describe the bug Kokomi's Healing doesn't seem to scale with the healing bonus, I even tried putting a 9999% healing bonus to the test but does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Select Kokomi
Add healing bonus to any amount
Notice that the value of Kokomi's E does not change

Expected behaviour The regeneration value of Kokomi's E should change
