Rosaria's Shadow Samaritan #140

Describe the bug The bug multiplies 15 by the number inserted for the passive so the Crit Rate gained from this passive is wrong.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select any character. Here I use Amber.
  2. Click on Party Buff > Party Member Abilities.
  3. Enable Rosaria's Shadow Samaritan passive and insert her CRIT Rate. Here I use 50.
  4. Amber gains 750% CRIT Rate from Rosaria's passive so her total CRIT Rate is now 755%.

Expected behavior Amber should only gain 7.5% CRIT Rate from the passive since 15% of 50 is 7.5
