Artifact storage integration

A storage system for artifacts for the Genshin Calculator.

Key features

• [x] Allows storing and managing artifacts manually
• [x] and with image recognition (OCR).
• [x] Can load & save artifacts from the calculator UI.
• [x] Calculators Optimization Tool can access artifact storage.

Documentation

• [x] Notification when trying to save an artifact when the storage is full.
• [ ] UI element indicating the current and max storage capacity.

Testing To help test this new feature and find bugs several users have been asked to test and report any issues they have via discord.

• [x] Testing is done and there's no more major bugs (small bugs could be fixed after it goes live, some might even appear then only).

Stability

• [x] The Artifact Storage system is expected to be stable when it goes live.
• [x] The OCR functions as best as it can.
• [x] The optimization with stored artifacts is expected to be stable when it goes live.
• [x] Load on the databank and bandwidth is expected to be acceptable when it goes live .

Possible Complications

1. Right now it is not clear yet, if bringing this feature to live will overwhelm the server.
2. None yet.

Possible Solutions

1. The number of save slots for artifacts could be reduced. (Maybe add premium accounts for more slots)
