Sharpshooter's Oath #63

Describe the bug The weapon 'Sharpshooters Oath' increases damage against weakspots, but it gives an "All DMG" buff when toggled. This can cause confusion about the weapons effectiveness.

Expected behavior The weapon passive only increases the DMG of attacks that can actually hit weakspots.

Additional context This is part of the weapon and description overhaul #26
