wont install #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded it.

2. I ran it
3. It told me to have IIS 5.0 or greater installed and I have already
installed 6.0 from MS.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win bets on win xp 

Please provide any additional information below.
what do I do now?
why won't the submit button activate either?

I turned off user account control in my control panel and the program installed.
