Cannot set to having Roster NOT always visible #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In 9.1.0, I was able to have classic winjab interface with the roster 
on a tab.
2. With 0.10.0, Roster is always visible.  Setting seems to be gone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can only set Exodus with roster always visible.  I want it on its own 
tab.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP Pro, SP2.

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
Private/Internal

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
HTML Logger
