What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no idea, it was working fine one day, and stopped working the next day!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect:
Continuous messages in a chat window from a fellow exodus/jabber.com chat user
What I get:
After initial hello to, and from each of us, subsequent messages from me to the
other user don't get to her window, and same for her messages to me, don't get
into my chat window....
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win2007
To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
Exodus/Jabber.com
What plugins, if any, are enabled?
none that i know of
