Add CKAN support #15

We should make the mod indexable by CKAN.

I'm considering also adding AVC support such that I don't have to send a pull request to NetKAN every time the mod is updated. I've mocked up both a .netkan file and a .version file, but there are some concerns I have that I'm going to resolve before actually committing the changes.

AVC support is now complete! I'll push the NetKAN file to the NetKAN repository when I release 1.0. Since no more work is required, I'm closing this issue.
