I'm working on finding all the hooks necessary to detect changes to the lists.

I've found and exploited the hooks for the Astronaut Complex. In the next release, the Astronaut Complex will auto-update whenever kerbals are hired/fired. Working now on Editor and Launch Windows.

Run into problems with detecting changes in the vehicle's roster in the Editors and Launch Windows. If anyone has any insight, please share.

This is mostly done. The only changes I can't detect are drag and drops, but I'll open a different issue for that.
