Adds extended spider dataset with 100 cases of abundance to the package. For any models that include predictors this does not change anything, since those can only be based on the 28 cases for which predictors are measured. However, for unconstrained ordination all abundance data can be used.
I have not adjusted examples or vignettes anywhere, those still use the spider data from the mvabund R-package.
