_2021-11-28: Getting rid of the alpha version material-ui used in the project, which was too buggy, with several UI improvements.

2021-11-29: UI improvements and bug fixes for problem config/editor.

2021-12-1: Updated links of "terms" & "privacy". Changed color of app bar.

@JennieHo-HPE No rush to merge it back to master. Though I did sanity checking, I'm still hoping to make it through testing before you approve it.
