Navigation Bar Layout

[ ] The navigation bar is positioned at the bottom of the screen and is consistently visible on all pages.
[ ] It includes a central, round, clickable canvas with the logo.

Logo Behavior

[ ] The logo canvas serves as a home button, navigating users to the homepage when clicked.
[ ] When the user is on the homepage, a full-color line surrounds the logo; on other pages, this line and the background color matches the navigation bar.

Tab Functionality

[ ] A clearly labeled "My Emotions" tab with an icon is present in the navigation bar.
[ ] The "My Emotions" tab navigates users to the "My Emotions" page and appears selected when active.
[ ] When on the "My Emotions" page, the line around the logo has reduced opacity; when on the homepage, it appears in full color.
[ ] The design aligns with the provided wireframes.

Tasks

[ ] Create a new branch: feature/optimize-navigation.
[ ] Bottom-Fixed Navigation: Style the navigation bar according to the provided design guidelines from the wireframes.
[ ] Add "My Emotions" Tab: Create a "My Emotions" tab with an icon and label. Link the tab to the "My Emotions" page.
[ ] "My Emotions" Tab Selection: Implement conditional styling for the "My Emotions" tab so it appears selected only when the user is on the "My Emotions" page.
[ ] Center Canvas with Logo: Create a round, clickable canvas element positioned in the center of the navigation bar. Add the logo to the canvas.
[ ] Styling for Logo Canvas: Implement styles to ensure the canvas remains visually distinctive and centered.
[ ] Functionality for border: Use a prop, state, or route check to apply the highlighted border when the user navigates to the homepage.
[ ] Logo Canvas as Home Button: Wrap the logo canvas in a link component that navigates the user back to the homepage when clicked.
[ ] Opacity Line Color: When the user is on the homepage, apply full color opacity to the line around the logo. On other pages the line opacity is having less, like in the design shown.
