As a user, I want to see a footer with a copyright link, so that I can easily find and access copyright information about the website or platform.

Acceptance criteria
[ ] The footer should be visible at the bottom of each page.
[ ] The footer should display the copyright link
[ ] The copyright text should be a clickable link that redirects to the copyright information page
[ ] The design of the footer should be consistent with the overall website styling
Tasks
[ ] Design the footer layout with a copyright notice and link.
[ ] Create the copyright information page as a dynamic page.
[ ] Ensure the footer is visible on all pages, regardless of the content.
[ ] Make the copyright link clickable (next.js Link) and implement the redirection to the copyright information page.
