Extended the epilog message text. #13

It now provides some information about how to use pandoc options. In an example the pandoc option for using the extension pipe_tables is shown.

This is a very good point, which I also realized some days ago. Another solution is to use long options which expect an equal sign = in-between the option and its parameter (for example --from=markdown+pipe_tables). I will merge your pull request, but leave the issue open for the moment to further extend the message by a long option example.
