Designed for old version of Pandoc #23

When the template was last updated (11 February 2016, according to the README) Pandoc was on version 1.16.0.2: pandoc.org/releases.html#pandoc-1.16.0.2-2016-01-12. A more recent version would be good, and would solve the issues with Polyglossia: https://github.com/JensErat/pandoc-scrlttr2/issues/20 and probably some other problems.
