Description: The application allows creation of two appointment with the same PID, time, date. No checks been done.

Steps: 1) "adda \date 20/02/2200 \time 1000 \pid 0" 2) "adda \date 20/02/2200 \time 1000 \pid 0"

Team's Response

Indeed we should have caught the duplicate appointments.

However, we are shifting this severity to low as it only causes minor inconveninece. Also, it does not affect the normal operations of the product (the other commands can still be used despite this minor bugs)
