[FR] Add in Growth Statistics for Financial Statements and Ratios #50

Currently all metrics are shown per year or per quarter. It can be helpful to have growth statistics as well. This can be based on any period (e.g. 1 quarter, 1 year, 3 years, YTD, MTD etcetera).

See a simple example of a possible implementation.

This is now added into the repo including lags. Need to add in that you can specify multiple lags as well, then it's time for a new release.
