Désactivaton par Meross Security Team #13

Bonjour,

J'utilise votre plugin pour piloter des prises avec mesure de puissance et j'ai reçu ce matin le message suivant

"Dear Customer, This is meross cloud security team contacting you. First of all, thanks for purchasing meross and we hope that you enjoy life with our smart products. Recently our cloud security system has noticed that your devices are communicating with the could server at an extremely high frequency. We consider these behaviors abnormal and are concerned about the security of your devices. Due to the security concerns and the intent to avoid any further potential damage, we will terminate the cloud services of these devices for now. If you are sure that your devices are safe, NOT hacked, and are performing as expected. Please first lower your periodic request rate to no more than one message every ten seconds and then send an email to cloudservice@meross.com. We will resume cloud service for you within 24 hours. Please note that any abnormal high cloud request frequency will cause cloud service termination again. Should you have any information you would like to provide us with or would like to offer us any clarification, please contact us within 24 hours."

Je suis allé dans la config et j'ai modifié la rafraichissement en le passant de 25 à 60s. Ce qui est bizarre, c'est que 25 est déjà supérieur au - de 10 annoncés par Meross. J'ai informé Meross de la modif et la réponse a été

"Thanks for getting back to us. If your periodic request rate is no more than one message every ten seconds, the cloud service will be resumed automatically within 24 hours. But again, any abnormal high cloud request frequency, will cause cloud service termination again and even longer. We kindly ask your understandings.

Maintenant mes prises ont disparu de l'appli Meross et je ne sais que faire.

Voyez-vous d’où peut venir le pb ? il semble qu'il y ai un rafraichissement < 10s ou alors la sécurité Meross n'apprécie pas ces accès.

Merci pour cette info. Je vais modifier en conséquence.

Bien que l'appli meross soit hors sujet ici je vous donne avis. Soit vos appareils vont revenir sous 24h comme indiqué dans leur mail, soit vous pouvez les réinitialiser et les réimporter.
