Add multi-dol loading for Collection/Compilation games. #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Nintendon't
2. Load up a Collection series game (i.e. Zelda Collector's Edition)
3. Select one game from the possible options.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Load the selected game from the collection list

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
r1.95 / Wii U

Please provide any additional information below.
Games like Zelda Collector's Edition, Zelda Ocarina of Time/Master Quest, Sonic 
Adventure DX, Sonic Gems Collection, Sonic Mega Collection, Midway Arcade 
Collection and many other games would benefit from this.

Test with r123 and see if it fixes your issue.

The issue has been fixed for most of the collection games.
Although, some like Master Quest and Midway Treasure 2 and 3 still don't work, 
but my guess is that those games are audio streaming related, so that is fine :)

Regarding Zelda Master Quest Collection... game boots but when I choose the 
game I want to play get a black screen and just hear a humming sound coming 
from speakers. any suggestioned? thanks

this issue isnt even solved in the last commit of november 12 2014.
apparently the issue of black screen with a humming sound is with the european 
game of the collector's edition, please do something to solve this, as some of 
us want to play the majora's mask in spanish/french/ etc.
it works fine with NTCS version, but i need the PAL game to work with nintendont

So I'm trying to play Zelda: Collector's Edition (NTSC) USA version, but once I 
try to open one of the games, like Ocarina of Time, it just freezes at a black 
screen. The compatibility list says that it should work, but it's not working 
for me. I'm only using the newest version of Nintendon-t though (r265), and 
have not tried any other versions.
