A off screen doesn't start selected game #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a game
2. Move cursor off screen
3. Press A

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
I expect this to start the game as it did before banner support was added. At 
the moment it does nothing.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
Anything with banner support as far as I've can tell.

Please provide any additional information below.
I can understand if this was removed because it somehow interfered with zooming 
and unzooming the banner but it still seems to me that it should work when the 
banner unzoomed.
(If it could work both with the big AND small banner, that would be cool, too.)
