Right Soft-button is not appearing correctly. #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ANY coverflow
2. Point Wiimote at middle right of screen or in the area around where the 
softbutton is supposed to appear.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?

When you point at the softbutton on the right it is supposed to appear but it 
looks like it only appears if you are pointing near the softbutton but not 
right at it.  When you point near the left softbutton it appears and when you 
point right at it a border appears around the soft button.  This does not 
happen with the right soft button - it actually disappears when you point right 
at where it is on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?

r773 and d2xV8

Thats a problem with the default theme and if that bug is there we are so 
screwed because that means the dol corruption is not fixed as I thought, you 
can still press that button btw, it just wont display the selected button :(

Ah nuts.  The left button on the category screen is no longer there.
