Can't install game anymore #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Wiimote "Home" button and select "Install Game"
2. Insert Original Wii Game, Click "Go". Install game starts at 0%
3. "Exception (DSI) occured!" error(?) appears on screen, "Reloading in 10 
seconds", "Reload" then the wii is crashed, 

Using beta version r1076

I tested with an old revision (r980) and it worked quite fine!

Tracked down a bit for a working beta : r1055 works fine, r1060 does not.
