Can't backup saves with big files inside with r119 or r120

Noticed something tonight when backing up my saves.  With r120 and r119, they 
will not save my Quantum of Solace data.  When the saves complete I get an 
error log popup that reads: "* Quantum of Solace: Unable to copy datas".  And 
will not show it in my list of saves either.  However, with r118 or below, it 
saves it fine and no errors are produced.  Wish I could give more info, but 
that's all it shows in the error log.  No problems playing the game and 
starting off at the last save point - so doesn't appear to be corrupt.  Even 
moved farther in the game, created another save-point, and tried backing up 
again with the same results - r119 and r120 don't like it, r118 and below are 
fine
