Crash dump when switching from list to icon view on USB Harddrive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a folder on USB with a lot (about 100) wii-extracted saves in it while 
in list view.
2.Switch view to Icon mode
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should load the saves with icons, but instead, Exception Error and crash 
dump.

Im on r125. Running it with the D2X v8 final cios with base 56 in IOS slot 249. 
My Harddrive is 1TB and is formatted to NTFS, with USB 2.0. ill give a photo of 
the crash when ever i have a camera nearby.

I have to say, for a lone developer, this is really impressive. Great job. btw,
