Improper distribution of libraries #122

Please remove this file from your downloads and refrain from advising users
to modify their toolchains in order to compile your code. It causes major
issues for the devkitPro support team. Most of these files should *not* be
placed in the libogc folder and you should not be distributing libogc
binaries in this way.
