Game Settings overlap #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose any game in WiiFlow
2. Open the Game Settings
3. Go to Page 1 or 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On those pages there are be 4 settings, but 2 settings are overlapping
(page 1: alt .dol and Cheat Code - page 3: Refresh Cover and Video Mode)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r42 - 4.2E

Please provide any additional information below.
If I go on the Cheat Codes button ("Select") and press Download, it returns
to the game settings. Is that not finished or...?

its normal for the cheat download to return to game settings

Use version 2.0, with the new themes.
