Ability to Run WiiFlow_249 and WiiFlow_222 independently with .ini for each #195

Want to run WiiFlow_222 on SD to read WBFS2 or FAT.
Want to run WiiFlow_249 on USB(FAT32) with its .ini set to read WBFS1.

This probably can be accomplished if you eject SD to run 249, however this
would not effective for average end user. I CAN do this by using a different
USB loader that is configured to another partition.

If you have separate .ini configured on SD and USB when you run the wiiflow_222
app from SD it re-writes the .ini on the USB.

Maybe the boot.dol could utilize the .ini in the same where the boot.dol lives?

OR have it like Uloader where you just pick FAT Partition/toggle partitions if
available on the main menu?

You get the idea of what is needed...WiiFlow has got some of the best working
on it now. Beauty and now the Functionality to Follow!

Just want to use wiiflow exclusively for all partitions.

OR maybe a shortcut similar to the wiiflow games/system menu channels option on
the main screen. press a button to toggle partitions. or even configure a
shortcut on wiimote to switch partitions (like B+1,etc...) so its accessible
without going to main menu options, all the way to page 7 to switch partitions.

This is simple to add as a wiimote key combination, I will work on something
like this for you guys.

press B+UP to switch partitions, changed in r59.
B+Down sorts games now also.
