The "about_screen" is impossible to read as it overlays the coverflow_screen #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the question mark to go to the about_screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the authors/contributors/upgrade-button. INSTEAD: It's impossible to 
read!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r99/r100

Please provide any additional information below.
In the code loop for class _about the function _mainLoopCommon is called with a 
'wd' parameter which causes the coverflow_screen to be displayed also. Removing 
the 'wd' parameter allows the about_screen to display properly.

The correction is in the attached DIFF file...

Thx again for the report, but it would be much nicer if you just came to irc to 
point out these small fixes.  Making a bug report on incomplete code changes 
gets annoying xD.
