Game options never appear when using GC controller #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use GC controller
2. Select a game
3. Move cursor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game options should appear (Parameters, parental block, favorites, X
This way we can't change game parameters with a GC controller.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
