Wiiflow main menu not showing #287

Any SVN after r117 only shows a blur of colors on the TV screen instead of the 
Wiiflow menu
Menu 4.2U
CIOS 249 r19 also tried 249 r17 and 249 r20b
4:3 screen

1. use a compile from someone experienced in compiling wiiflow specifically.
2. use r133+
3. make a fresh install.
4. Dont post bugs here unless you asked in irc first.
