Implement Magic ISO patch allowing channels to work with base 57 #311

Dimok of Wiixplorer has managed to implement a patching mechanism that allows 
cios 202 using base 57 to display channels.  Apparently credit goes to 
Giantpune for this.  Dimok claims that it should only work for ios 58 but this 
has been proven to not be the case.  I realize that Wiiflow does not use 202 
but the patch should be able to be applied to cios 222,223,224,249,250.  I am 
hoping that Wiiflow devs will implement this allowing channel support for base

This wasnt magic iso, it was some changes he made to the channels class.  
Regardless, channels are fixed for all bases.
