Disable Delete button without parental controls

i wish we could disable the delete button on games when zoomed in without 
enabling parental controls ... maybe via ini or something ..  if there is a 
wish list please add it .. no hurry

there is a perfect reason why others need this also ...
say that you have 800 games and have not played all of them .
you have parental controls on so that kids can not delete games .
well if they or guest try to play a game that needs a different ios set.
then you either have to ask them to leave the room or turn there 
head as they can see you type the password just to change the settings .

if there was a way to only disable deleting then some people would not need 
to set the parental control ...

nvm i got it i deleted the gonfig file in wii flow main file
