Compatibilties in others countries #190

I have a doubt if this wrapper works in countries in South america, I need to integrate fedEx in a project but we can't confirm if we use this wrapper solves our problem, i hear fedEx wrappers or APIs works perfectly in United States or Canada, could anybody confirm is that right? thanks
