add start/stop script for redhat os #77

I'd be grateful if we could add a start/stop script for tablesnap that we can use this as a service.

Afterwards we could add tablesnap to autostart, check the status or only start or stop the service.

I believe this was fixed with PR #78. Please re-open if this is not the case.
