Radio buttons in Preferences not responsive in IETester (ie6/ie7) #31

Test under a real version of IE, but in IE Tester viewing IE6 and IE7 the 
radio buttons to not hold their setting.

Real versions of IE tested (Virtual Box)...
IE6 under Win2K
IE7 under XPSP3

Same issue.
In addition, a 'mel.c' undefined error, but I didn't have a debugger installed.
