GPU metrics not being displayed, check box is disabled when loading a GPD file #139

File association, "open" and drag and drop are the different methods to open a GPD file. There are some logic inconsistencies between each of these three different load methods that may prevent collected GPU metrics from being displayed.

Fix to be included in a v1.07a2 release
