Complete Locale Labels #34

I believe all of us made changes to the locale labels for our tasks.

However, we only made changes to the English labels. We need to make the equivalent changes to the French labels.

I believe @reidka said we should collect our English label changes and send an email to the devs in France to request translations.

Once I wrap up the final little items I will add mine to a list. Where should we maintain this list?

We can just run a diff on the file "en.yml" between the HEAD of test-framework and our first commit on test-framework (ATE-prototype-stable).

Actually, the diff should be run between HEAD of test-framework and master. There are probably other ATE related labels created by the previous team that need translations as well.
