Congestion Control Graphic mistake? #64

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something but is there a mistake in the congestion control graphic?

Under "Batched Transactions" the "Option A" TX has 16 blue change UTXOs and 1 pink payment UTXO. Shouldn't that be the other way round? So 16 pink payment UTXOs and 1 blue change UTXO?
